Michael Cordani
Chief Executive Officer / Chairman of the Board, GelTech Solutions, Inc.
Michael Cordani, Chairman of the Board, has 20 years of management experience and creative entrepreneurship help him guide his professional team at GelTech Solutions’ headquarters and among its distributors and representatives across America and overseas. He closely collaborates with top financiers and led GelTech's initial stock offering in conjunction with legal counsel. He is GelTech’s primary contact with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and oversees the company’s regulatory and compliance duties. Beyond supervising GelTech’s fundraising and investor relations, he enjoys overall responsibility for its marketing, sales, customer-service, and research & development functions.
Joseph Ingarra
President & Chief Operating Officer, Director, GelTech Solutions, Inc.
Joe is the President and Chief Operating Officer of GelTech Solutions and a member of GelTech’s board of directors. He is also one of the company’s co-founders. Ingarra oversees the start up capital and was instrumental in rolling out the initial marketing. Before co-founding GelTech Solutions, his past experiences included working for the Private Wealth Services for a top brokerage house. He also managed and coordinated all facets of M&A transactions for a small boutique firm in South Florida. He was promoted to President and COO on June 25th 2007. Joe is the lynchpin for most contract negotiations with companies in both the U.S. and International. His duties include directing day-to-day operations, strategic planning, product sales, manufacturing and marketing.
Peter Cordani
Chief Technology Officer, Director, Co-Founder, GelTech Solutions, Inc.
Peter is the the research project coordinator, Inventor and the driving force behind all the innovative products and ideas that make up GelTech Solutions Intellectual property portfolio. Peter oversees the startup capital and coordinates the R & D Initiatives with our group of world class scientist and advisors. Some of Peter's past accomplishments include, becoming the first person to manipulate and dissipate an abrupt building thunderstorm from the Doppler radar system. He is also the first person to patent a method for modifying weather. Mr. Cordani is the Inventor of 8 patented products. He has created, designed, prototyped, and patented products for both retail and industrial applications.
Phil D. O’Connell, Jr.
Partner; Casey Ciklin Lubitz Martens McBane & O'Connell
Phil is a well-respected Palm Beach County attorney and named partner at Casey, Ciklin, Lubitz, Martens, McBane & O’Connell. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Hospice of Palm Beach County, Inc. since 1985. Mr. O’Connell has served for seven years on the Executive Council of the Economics of Law Practice Committee of the Florida Bar and is a member of its Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section, and its Economics and Management of Law Practice Section.
Jerome B. Eisenberg
Chairman of the Board of ORBCOMM Inc.
Mr. Eisenberg has been the Chairman of the Board of ORBCOMM, Inc. since January 2006 and has been a member of its board of directors since February 2004. He has also served on the board of directors of ORBCOMM LLC and ORBCOMM Holdings LLC since 2001. Between 2001 and December 2008, Mr. Eisenberg held a number of positions with ORBCOMM Inc. and with ORBCOMM LLC, including, most recently the Chief Executive Officer until March 2008. Mr. Eisenberg has worked in the satellite industry since 1993 where he helped found Satcom International Group, a PLC formed under the laws of the United Kingdom. Prior thereto, Mr. Eisenberg was CEO, President and Board Member of Helenwood Manufacturing Corporation (presently known as Tennier Industries), a government contractor; a partner in the law firm of Eisenberg, Honig & Fogler; and a Senior Attorney/Assistant Corporate Counsel for the City of New York.
